Which operating systems can I install?

Ubuntu LTS, Debian, Rocky Linux, AlmaLinux and CentOS Stream. You can reinstall your server with a different system at any time from your control panel, free of charge.

Do I get full root access?

Yes. You are the sole administrator of the machine. Install whatever you need: Docker, Node.js, Laravel, WordPress, a game server, a VPN, a database.

Bank transfer or deposit to Infra Cloud S.A.R.L, Chaabinet, La Poste, MoneyGram, WesternUnion, CashPlus, or PayPal from abroad. You receive an Infra Cloud S.A.R.L invoice including Moroccan VAT.

Can I order from outside Morocco?

Yes. Prices are set in Moroccan dirhams with the US dollar equivalent shown for guidance, and international payment goes through PayPal or bank transfer. Our servers sit in a European data centre, so latency is excellent from Morocco, Europe and West Africa alike.

What does the backup option do?

A full backup of your server is taken automatically every day and kept for 7, 14 or 30 days depending on the plan you choose. After a mistake, a hack or a failed upgrade, you restore it yourself from your panel without waiting for support.

Can I get cPanel or DirectAdmin?

Yes, as an option at checkout. The licence and the installation are included in the quoted price. DirectAdmin needs at least 2 GB of memory and cPanel at least 4 GB, so pick a plan accordingly.

Can I register a domain name with my server?

Yes. Enter the domain you want during checkout, availability is checked immediately and the domain is invoiced together with the server. We then attach it to your server.

Does the price go up on renewal?

No. The renewal rate is identical to the first year, barring an exceptional change announced in advance.

What happens if I do not renew?

We notify you 30, 15, 7 and 1 day before expiry. After that date the server is powered off but kept for a few days, then permanently deleted. Please back up your data.

How do I change the root password?

For security reasons, root password changes are handled by our technical team. Send your request to support-vps@50dh.net quoting your invoice reference, or use the button in your control panel. You can also change it yourself over SSH with the passwd command.
